A teen film is a movie constructed to relate to teenagers,
through the: Locations, Characters, Age groups
and themes within the film. Teen films is a film genre targeted at
teenagers and young adults in which the plot is based upon the
special interests of teenagers.

A sub genre is a subdivision of a certain genre,
such as: media, film, literature and music. A lot of teen movies
consist of similar sub genres such as horror, romance and chick flicks.
