How is the 'Clique' represented? How this links with other teen drama.

'The Clique' is represented as superficial, as on the outside they seen as if they are friends, whereas if you look deeper you realise that they know nothing about each other and are willing let let each other go down simply to save themselves.

Other teen drama's have many cliques even though the 'Bling Ring' only has one.
Another difference between them is the fact that the 'Bling Ring' had focused on serious topics such as:

• serious crime

Whereas other teen drama's normally focus on simple topics such as:

Marc had been quite lonesome at the beginning of the movie (with the cliché new kid role) , and was willing to do anything to gain friends. This links to other teen movies (high school musical) where the protagonist starts off as a loner then eventually ends ups becoming a 'somebody' and makes her own group 
of friends.

The social media/network,  has had a hand in criminal activities being brought to light and has helped solve crimes.

                 

Celebrities

The Celebrities of today are 'inspirations/idols who circulate around the media a majority of the time. Due to the media they are able to have a large influence on the teens.
